Grace and Truth - Jude

Statements taken out of context, half-truths, inaccurate descriptions, words changed in meaning, and outright lies are designed to deceive, to hide the truth. The motives for deception are many: making a sale, gain approval, to cover wrongdoing, to elevate an image, to beat a rival, to cheat, to gain the favor of a coach, teacher, friend, parent, employer, or spouse.
